First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we are truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers locally and around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.

Second, as a family and close knit company, we’re focused on the health and safety of our employees, families and communities.

Do to the nature of our business, select employees are working as and when needed and will continue to support our clients. We as a team have had to adjust in ways we would have never expected to see in our industry.

This down time has allowed us to think outside the box in order to create different experiences for our clients so we can continue, readjust and come up with innovative ways to manage our business.

We have implemented a few new initiatives that we are excited to share with you. We ask for your continued support as we launch, within our new online ecommerce website, the ability to:

• purchase future flower orders online; and
• browse and purchase from the many product options within our Home Store.

With respect to your events, we also ask that you continue to keep your event date or reschedule to a future date.

Third, even as we deal with this pandemic, our team remains laser-focused on our clients and their success. While our business and industry are in uncharted territory, we feel that Exclusive was built to handle moments like this; our relentless commitment to our clients and their success is stronger than ever.
